Product Description
Our roller cone reamer is suitable for all types of non-excavation
drilling rig and can be used for reaming construction in a
variety of rock formations. Our specification is covering
φ260mm-φ1800mm.
Reaming shells are designed to be placed behind the bit to ensure
hole gauge and to help core barrel stabilization. Improving drill
string stability and protecting lower drill string from excessive
wear, and ensures that when a new core bit is inserted into a
continuing bore hole there is a good chance of reaching the bottom
of the bore hole without reaming.
Combined high quality and design make our reaming shells the best
in the industry.
Three types of reaming shells can be selected: Reinforce,
Protector, Stability.

Design
Cast body design
A cast fluted reamer body is formed by pouring molten metal into a mold. When the metal cools, and the mold is removed, what is left is a single solid flute body. While the molds come at a significant investment for manufacturers, each reamer produced is identical and balanced for optimal performance. A drill spud is inserted into the reamer and is welded securely.
Fabricated body design
Fabricated fluted reamer bodies are built by welding together several pieces of metal onto a drill spud. It’s a highly manual process that requires skill and attention to detail. If a fabricated reamer isn’t balanced, it may not rotate rotation evenly in the hole and potentially cause premature wear.
